The complete client list. All three.
No logo wall and no highlights reel. What each business got, in enough detail to judge — and the one customer quote that exists, in full.

One platform underneath. A different shape on top of each.
Every Sysgraft system runs on the same platform: it reads across your systems, answers in plain English, and logs everything it's asked. What differs is the adaptation — the part shaped to each business during discovery.
The three below share that spine and almost nothing else you can see. One is a production scheduler. One is an enrichment engine that runs at night. One is the visibility layer this site mostly describes. That range is the point: the shape comes from the business, not from a menu.
Illustrative — one spine, three shapes shaped by each business
Orthene Chemicals: the build that shows how far it stretches.
Orthene ran production scheduling on a legacy Windows tool and an Excel workbook. Sysgraft replaced both with a bespoke production scheduling application, connected in both directions with their Winman ERP — every field it writes agreed in the specification before the build.
Orthene are several times the size of a typical Sysgraft client. They're on this page as evidence of depth: the same platform that answers questions for a £7m wholesaler carries production scheduling for a £50m manufacturer.
Holemaker Technology: the build that runs while everyone sleeps.
Every night, the Customer Profiler enriches Holemaker's OrderWise customer records against Companies House data, scores spend potential, and flags financial risk — then writes the enriched fields back to OrderWise, to the specification Holemaker approved.
It runs to that specification — automatically, nightly, and nothing beyond it. The adaptation doesn't have to be a screen someone uses. It can be an engine that quietly keeps a system current.
Illustrative — a closed loop, not a one-way pipeline
Foremost Pro: the build closest to the story this site tells.
Foremost bought visibility and decision speed. In the MD's words:
“Distinct positive impact on our visibility of every corner of the business including AI usage, but even more importantly the ability to make decisions quickly has contributed to recent sustainable growth.”
— Darryl Penson, Managing Director, Foremost Pro Ltd
This is the only customer quote Sysgraft has — and the only quantified result on the site. It appears in full and unedited.
All three started with the same conversation.
Not with a demo, and not with a contract — with a meeting about the business: where the decisions were hardest, what couldn't be seen, and whether Sysgraft was the right answer to it. Yours would start the same way. If Sysgraft isn't the right answer, you'll leave knowing more clearly what is.
