WHAT IT CAN ANSWER

The questions no single system can answer.

Four real questions, exactly as Sysgraft customers typed them. What each one shows about how it works — and what it will not do, stated just as plainly.

One question in. Every connected source consulted. Every answer cited.

You ask in plain English — the way you'd ask a colleague who happened to know the whole business. Sysgraft draws the answer across everything it's connected to: your ERP, your CRM, other central platforms, and — if you choose to connect them — meeting recordings and call transcripts.

Every answer shows its sources in the detail view, and every request is on the record.

Illustrative — one question in, every connected source consulted

Sysgraft can assemble the evidence for a decision, not just look one up.

“Would it be more advantageous to apply a 3% price increase to all customers, or 5% to the 80% of customers with lower spend?”

A dashboard can't touch this, because it isn't a lookup. It's a decision — with factors pulling in different directions across the whole customer base. It's also exactly the kind of question that gets settled by gut feel in a board meeting, because nobody has the time to assemble the evidence properly.

Sysgraft assembles it: what every connected system holds on the question, drawn together, with the working shown. It doesn't make the call. The evidence is the product; the decision stays yours.

Sysgraft can answer from what customers actually said.

“What objections have trended in customer conversations over the last 90 days?”

The answer doesn't live in a database — it lives in conversations. Sysgraft can take in meeting recordings and call transcripts alongside your systems, which means questions about what customers are saying, not just what they're buying, become answerable.

Patterns across ninety days of conversations, drawn together and cited — instead of an impression from whoever was last asked.

Sysgraft can answer across systems that have never spoken to each other.

“How many times has the last e-shot been mentioned in customer interactions this week?”

That answer can only exist if marketing activity and customer conversations are both connected — the question proves the claim just by being answerable. And that's the platform's general rule: the wider the connections, the sharper the answer.

Sysgraft can show you how AI is being used across the business.

“How many times has customer data been put into AI by staff this month?”

One capability among several — and it exists because of how the platform is built, not as a bolt-on. Every request through Sysgraft is on the record: who asked, what they asked, and what came back.

So the business gets one sanctioned place to use AI, and you get a clear view of the use itself — as a matter of course, not as a project.

Then there's the Tuesday question: what's actually growing the customer base — and how do we scale it?

The four questions above all have a bigger sibling, and it arrives in board meetings.

Before — how it goes today

The answer gets assembled live in the room: gut feel, experience, someone's new theory, the numbers from whichever system was open. It's the best answer available on the day — and everyone settles for it, because the full picture would take months to put together. So months of iteration follow before anything genuinely improves.

After — with Sysgraft connected across the business

The question gets typed. The answer comes back drawn from customer conversations, prospecting activity, distribution problems, marketing — every factor the platform can see — with every source cited. The proposal that goes to the board rests on evidence. The meeting decides instead of guessing.

What Sysgraft won't do — and why that's deliberate.

A system that answers across your whole business invites a fair question: what does it not do? Here's the answer, unprompted.

1

The AI never writes to your systems. Anywhere.

A design decision, not a missing feature: it protects the systems you run the business on from AI-generated data, however well-intentioned. Where a bespoke module writes anything at all — Orthene's schedule export, Holemaker's nightly enrichment — every field it can touch is named in the specification you approve before the build.

2

Sysgraft doesn't act on its own initiative.

Nothing runs unless the specification says it runs. Anything automated does exactly what the specification says, and nothing else.

3

Sysgraft tells you when the data doesn't support an answer.

When the evidence isn't there, it says so — and says why. You'd rather hear “the data can't answer that” than act on a confident invention.

4

Sysgraft won't ask you to take an answer on trust.

Citations are standard in the detail view. Every answer traces back to its sources — so every answer can be checked.

The commercial boundaries — what a subscription is and isn't, what changes cost, what happens if you leave — are stated just as plainly on the pricing page.

You already have your own version of these questions.

Every business runs on a few questions like the four above — the ones settled by gut feel because no single system can answer them, and nobody has the weeks it would take to assemble the evidence by hand. The conversation starts there: which decisions are hardest, what you can't currently see, and whether Sysgraft is actually the right answer to it. If it isn't, you'll leave knowing more clearly what is.
