No surprises. No scope creep. No year-long implementations.
Every Sysgraft engagement follows the same three-phase structure. You know the cost, the scope, and the timeline before a single line of code is written.
Discovery Sprint
A fixed-fee engagement that defines everything. We authenticate against your ERP live, map every relevant API endpoint, run stakeholder workshops, and produce a detailed scoped proposal. A build price is never issued without a completed discovery sprint.
- Live ERP API audit report
- Stakeholder pain point map
- Wireframes and UX concepts
- Fixed-price build proposal + SOW
If your ERP API cannot support the scope you need, we tell you before any build commitment. You get a clear picture of feasibility — useful regardless of what you decide next.
Fixed-Price Build
Delivered against the SOW produced in discovery. Weekly sprint check-ins. No scope creep. Payment structure: 50% on signature, 50% on go-live. Tiered to match your requirements.
Core UI, 1–2 modules, internal staff focus. Ideal first engagement.
3–4 modules, internal plus customer portal. Most popular scope.
Full platform, multi-module, multi-integration, AI-ready architecture.
All build prices are fixed and scoped during the discovery sprint. No prices are published — scope varies by ERP, module count, and integration complexity.

FAQ
Will we be dependent on Sysgraft forever?
No. IP transfers to you on go-live. You receive full source code, documentation, and the ability to self-host or hand to another developer. The monthly subscription exists because it delivers ongoing value — it is not a lock-in mechanism.
What happens if our ERP releases an update that breaks the interface?
ERP vendors version their APIs and provide migration paths. We monitor ERP release notes for clients on subscription and handle API updates as part of the monthly maintenance. We also design for resilience — the interface degrades gracefully rather than failing catastrophically if an endpoint changes.
Do we need to migrate our data?
No. There is no data migration. The interface connects to your ERP in real time via API and reads and writes data directly. Your data stays where it is — in the ERP — and the interface surfaces it in a better way.
Can we add new modules after go-live?
Yes. New modules or features are scoped and priced separately — either as a mini discovery sprint and fixed-price addition, or as included evolution work for clients on higher subscription tiers. The application is built to extend from day one.
How long does staff training take?
Far less than ERP training. Because the interface is purpose-built for specific roles with familiar web conventions, most staff are self-sufficient within a single session. We provide user documentation and a short onboarding walkthrough video as standard.
