The technical detail, for anyone who wants it.

Everything on the main pages is the story. This is exactly how it works — for the technically curious, or anyone doing due diligence.

Sysgraft · System architecture

Every system you already run, joined at one small point.

Dozens of data points from the systems, spreadsheets and habits you already have narrow into a single join. The AI itself never writes anywhere — it only ever reads. Where a bespoke module needs to write back — Orthene's schedule export to Winman, Holemaker's nightly enrichment to OrderWise — every field it can touch is named in your specification before the build starts, and nothing beyond it; most builds need no write access at all. What comes back is a live, honest picture across all of them: one company-wide health view, checked over coffee, and a complete record of every AI request that touches your data.

The six steps

Or skip straight to the questions →

Three phases: prove it, commit, deliver Steps one and two are proof, costing five hundred and fifty to two thousand eight hundred pounds, ending at a gate where you can stop and keep everything. Step three is the one commitment, the thirty-six month subscription. Steps four to six are build, go-live and renewal. PHASE 1 Prove it Steps 01–02 · £550–£2,800 PHASE 2 Commit Step 03 PHASE 3 Deliver Steps 04–06 GATE STOP HERE, CLEANLY YOU: answer questions, review spec YOU: sign SYSGRAFT: builds & maintains

The 36-month subscription is one deliberate step, not the default outcome of starting

  1. The full discovery session.

Priced by your business's turnover tier — from £550 to £2,800, see Pricing & exit terms — AI-led with a human consultant alongside. Its output is the pivotal artefact: a detailed software specification — the exact interface we'd build for you, described precisely enough to feel unmistakably yours.

  2. Specification sign-off.

You review the specification and approve it. This happens before any subscription is discussed. If the spec isn't right, the process ends here, cleanly.

  3. The subscription (36 months).

Only now, and as a separate, explicit decision, do we ask you to subscribe. The exit terms — a published percentage of the remaining term — are stated plainly on this page and in your agreement. Nothing is buried.

  4. The build.

No theatre of false milestones. Instead, a short, honest progress note once a month, signed by a named person, telling you plainly where things stand. Quiet, steady, real.

  5. Go-live.

Sysgraft goes live — the payoff for the wait. It's branded as yours, with a small "built and maintained by Sysgraft" mark, and kept running and evolving by Sysgraft for as long as you're with us.

Illustrative — the shape of a delivered build, not a real client's software

  6. Renewal.

At month 36, access continues at a rate capped at no more than 15% above your then-current subscription — framed openly at go-live, never sprung on you. This isn't a bare hosting fee. It's retained engineering: continued licensed access, plus the maintenance, support and ongoing engineering that keeps it sound.

The questions a careful buyer asks first

"What if the specification isn't right?"

Then you don't subscribe. Sign-off comes before commitment by design. Discovery stands on its own value; the 36-month decision is separate and later.

"What happens if we need to leave early?"

You pay a published exit figure — the same formula for everyone, shown to you in full before you'd ever pay it. See Pricing & exit terms.

"Do you replace our existing systems?"

No. Sysgraft grafts onto your ERP, your CRM and your other tools and draws live data from them. You keep what works. See Keep your systems, modernise around them.

"Who actually does the build?"

Sysgraft. We don't pass off outsourced body-shop work as our own craft — it's one of our published commitments.

Works with your systems

Sage, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP Business One, HubSpot, Salesforce, and more — whichever system you run, the answer is the same: yes, and you don't need to replace it.
