Is someone rebuilding the same spreadsheet every month?

If a report gets recreated from scratch — or copy-pasted from last month's version and manually updated — on a predictable schedule, that's not a one-off inconvenience. It's a recurring cost in someone's time, month after month, for information the business needs regularly enough that it should already exist without being rebuilt.

Are two people keeping two different versions of the truth?
