SYSGRAFT FOR ERP ONE (FORMERLY K8)

One question in plain English, answered across ERP One and everything else you run.

Yes — Sysgraft connects to ERP One (formerly K8) alongside your CRM and your other systems, so anyone in the business can ask a question and get one answer drawn across all of them. ERP One isn't replaced, and nothing about how your team uses it day to day changes.

How Sysgraft reads ERP One.

ERP One is Klipboard's name, since 2025, for the system many merchants and distributors still know as K8. Klipboard describes it as part of a platform connecting ERP, digital commerce, mobile apps, payments and data.

Exactly how Sysgraft reads your ERP One system — and which of Klipboard's connections your setup has — is settled in discovery and written into the specification you approve before anything is built.

The same method is running today on Winman at Orthene Chemicals and on OrderWise at Holemaker Technology: one platform, grafted onto the ERP a business already runs.

The questions that need more than ERP One to answer.

ERP One holds your stock, your pricing, your orders and your customer accounts. The questions that come up at board level rarely stop there. These are real questions Sysgraft customers have typed, word for word:

“Would it be more advantageous to apply a 3% price increase to all customers, or 5% to the 80% of customers with lower spend?”

A decision, not a lookup. What each customer spends is in ERP One; how they’re likely to react isn’t. Sysgraft draws together what every connected system holds on it and shows its working. It doesn't make the call; the decision stays yours.

“What objections have trended in customer conversations over the last 90 days?”

Answerable when meeting recordings and call transcripts are connected alongside ERP One — what customers said, not just what they bought.

“How many times has the last e-shot been mentioned in customer interactions this week?”

Only answerable because marketing and customer conversations are both connected. No single system holds both.

Every answer shows its sources, and it tells you when the data doesn't support an answer. The questions are shown as typed and aren't attributed to any one customer.

If you've been sold this before, this is what's different.

You may already have tried something on top of ERP One: a dashboard tool that didn't stick, reports built at professional-services day rates, or a platform whose engineer arrived and said the salesperson should never have promised that. Three things work differently here.

Sysgraft · What's different
  1. You approve the specification before you commit. A paid discovery — a few days of online meetings — produces a full specification of what will be built on your ERP One and the systems around it. You sign it off before any subscription exists.
  2. 10 to 14 days from sign-off to live software. Not a pilot or a phased rollout: the system, running on your data.
  3. The person who writes the specification builds it. Euan Pallister runs your discovery, writes your specification and builds your system. Nothing gets lost between what was promised and what gets built.

Then 90 days of fine-tuning, included, against the live system.

What it will and won't do to ERP One.

1

It doesn't replace ERP One.

ERP One keeps doing its job, and your team keeps using it as they do now. Sysgraft reads across it and your other systems, and answers as one.

2

The AI only ever reads.

It can't change, delete or send anything in ERP One or any other connected system.

3

Any write-back is named in advance.

If a bespoke module ever needs to write to ERP One, every field it can touch is named in your specification before the build starts, and nothing beyond it. Most builds need no write access at all.

4

Nothing runs on its own initiative.

Sysgraft answers when it's asked. Anything that runs automatically runs because your approved specification says it does.

What it costs — and what leaving costs.

Sysgraft on ERP One · The commercial facts
  • Upfront development fee: none. The build is funded by the subscription.
  • The subscription: one fixed monthly fee, £250 to £1,295 by turnover band, over a 36-month minimum term. The first payment falls at go-live.
  • Why 36 months: the term is what pays for the build. Take it away and the only honest replacement is an upfront invoice.
  • Before that: discovery, £550 to £2,800 by band. Indicative, and confirmed in writing before you pay.
  • After the included 90 days of tuning: changes at £800 a day, minimum one day — only when you ask for them.
  • If you leave: your data comes back to you in full, and the software stops. It's a subscription to a working system, not a codebase you buy. The exit cost is published, with the formula and a worked example, before you sign.
  • If Sysgraft ever defaulted: the code is held in escrow, and passes to its clients.

All figures exclude VAT. ERP One stays yours throughout — Sysgraft is added alongside it, never in place of it.
