How Sysgraft reads Epicor Kinetic.
Epicor publishes an open REST API for Kinetic, documented for other software to work with Kinetic data. That's the kind of documented, live connection Sysgraft reads from.

- Why 36 months: the term is what pays for the build. Take it away and the only honest replacement is an upfront invoice.
- Before that: discovery, £550 to £2,800 by band. Indicative, and confirmed in writing before you pay.
- After the included 90 days of tuning: changes at £800 a day, minimum one day — only when you ask for them.
- If you leave: your data comes back to you in full, and the software stops. It's a subscription to a working system, not a codebase you buy. The exit cost is published, with the formula and a worked example, before you sign.
- If Sysgraft ever defaulted: the code is held in escrow, and passes to its clients.
All figures exclude VAT. Epicor Kinetic stays yours throughout — Sysgraft is added alongside it, never in place of it.
