One question in plain English, answered across Business Central and everything else you run.
Yes — Sysgraft connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central alongside your CRM and your other systems, so anyone in the business can ask a question and get one answer drawn across all of them. Business Central isn't replaced, and nothing about how your team uses it day to day changes.
With Euan Pallister — the person who would run your discovery, write your specification, and build your system. No salesperson, no obligation. Thirty minutes, online or by phone.
- Live 10–14 days after sign-off
- No upfront development fee
- You approve the specification before you commit
How Sysgraft reads Business Central.
Microsoft publishes REST APIs and OData web services for Business Central, and documents how to enable APIs for recent versions of Dynamics NAV too. Those are the kind of documented, live connections Sysgraft reads from.
Whether you're on Business Central online, on your own servers, or still on NAV affects how the connection is made; that's settled in discovery and written into the specification you approve before anything is built.
The same method is running today on Winman at Orthene Chemicals and on OrderWise at Holemaker Technology: one platform, grafted onto the ERP a business already runs.
The questions that need more than Business Central to answer.
Business Central holds your finance, your stock and your sales orders. The questions that come up at board level rarely stop there. These are real questions Sysgraft customers have typed, word for word:
“Would it be more advantageous to apply a 3% price increase to all customers, or 5% to the 80% of customers with lower spend?”
A decision, not a lookup. What each customer spends is in Business Central; how they’re likely to react isn’t. Sysgraft draws together what every connected system holds on it and shows its working. It doesn't make the call; the decision stays yours.
“What objections have trended in customer conversations over the last 90 days?”
Answerable when meeting recordings and call transcripts are connected alongside Business Central — what customers said, not just what they bought.
“How many times has the last e-shot been mentioned in customer interactions this week?”
Only answerable because marketing and customer conversations are both connected. No single system holds both.
Every answer shows its sources, and it tells you when the data doesn't support an answer. The questions are shown as typed and aren't attributed to any one customer.
If you've been sold this before, this is what's different.
You may already have tried something on top of Business Central: a dashboard tool that didn't stick, reports built at professional-services day rates, or a platform whose engineer arrived and said the salesperson should never have promised that. Three things work differently here.
- You approve the specification before you commit. A paid discovery — a few days of online meetings — produces a full specification of what will be built on your Business Central and the systems around it. You sign it off before any subscription exists.
- 10 to 14 days from sign-off to live software. Not a pilot or a phased rollout: the system, running on your data.
- The person who writes the specification builds it. Euan Pallister runs your discovery, writes your specification and builds your system. Nothing gets lost between what was promised and what gets built.
Then 90 days of fine-tuning, included, against the live system.
What it will and won't do to Business Central.
It doesn't replace Business Central.
Business Central keeps doing its job, and your team keeps using it as they do now. Sysgraft reads across it and your other systems, and answers as one.
The AI only ever reads.
It can't change, delete or send anything in Business Central or any other connected system.
Any write-back is named in advance.
If a bespoke module ever needs to write to Business Central, every field it can touch is named in your specification before the build starts, and nothing beyond it. Most builds need no write access at all.
Nothing runs on its own initiative.
Sysgraft answers when it's asked. Anything that runs automatically runs because your approved specification says it does.
What it costs — and what leaving costs.
- Upfront development fee: none. The build is funded by the subscription.
- The subscription: one fixed monthly fee, £250 to £1,295 by turnover band, over a 36-month minimum term. The first payment falls at go-live.
- Why 36 months: the term is what pays for the build. Take it away and the only honest replacement is an upfront invoice.
- Before that: discovery, £550 to £2,800 by band. Indicative, and confirmed in writing before you pay.
- After the included 90 days of tuning: changes at £800 a day, minimum one day — only when you ask for them.
- If you leave: your data comes back to you in full, and the software stops. It's a subscription to a working system, not a codebase you buy. The exit cost is published, with the formula and a worked example, before you sign.
- If Sysgraft ever defaulted: the code is held in escrow, and passes to its clients.
All figures exclude VAT. Business Central stays yours throughout — Sysgraft is added alongside it, never in place of it.
Straight answers for Business Central users.
Does Sysgraft replace Business Central?
No. Sysgraft connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and your other systems and reads across them. Business Central keeps running exactly as it does now.
How does Sysgraft connect to Business Central?
Through the APIs and web services Microsoft publishes for Business Central. Exactly how your setup is connected is settled in discovery.
Can Sysgraft change data in Business Central?
The AI in Sysgraft can't — it only ever reads. If a bespoke module ever needs to write back, every field it can touch is named in the specification you approve, and nothing beyond it.
Can Sysgraft combine Business Central with our CRM and our call recordings?
Yes. Sysgraft connects to your ERP, your CRM and other central platforms, and can take in meeting recordings and call transcripts, so one question can be answered across all of them. The more of the business it can see, the better its answers get.
We're still on Dynamics NAV. Does that matter?
Not to whether Sysgraft is worth doing. Microsoft documents how to enable APIs for recent versions of Dynamics NAV, and which version you run affects how the connection is made — settled in discovery before you commit.
Business Central now offers Copilot. Do we still need Sysgraft?
Keep using it. Sysgraft does a different job: one question, answered across Business Central, your CRM, your call recordings and your marketing together — with every answer citing its sources and every request on the record.
Is Sysgraft part of Microsoft?
No. Sysgraft is an independent UK business, not part of, partnered with or endorsed by Microsoft. Business Central is a trademark of its owner.
